Hello, Everyone! I am Hung-Cheng Chen, a Ph. D. interesting in the field of Geophysical Fluid Dynamics (GFD).
This blog will show my personal view on some of the specific topics in GFD, such as the typhoon dynamics and
its interaction to topographic features, a rotating tank experiment and shallow water calculations using
high resolution CLAWPACK algorithm.

So, maybe this blog is somewhat too academic. However, this blog is also a record of my viewpoints on
these topics.

I'll also demonstrate some of my officemates results and idea here.
